If you have already booked a clean please log in to your account and add any instructions to your booking notes. Alternatively, you can contact us [email protected] and let us know. Some special requests may be an extra charge.
Note: To protect the safety of our professionals, we cannot perform the following: cleaning that requires climbing on ladders, exterior windows, mold removal, deep stain removal, insect and pest removal, cleaning pet messes, cleaning blinds, and items that require heavy lifting.
Scrub Buds cleaners are equipped with safe, family and pet-friendly supplies and a vacuum at no extra charge to you. Please let us know if you would like to provide your own special supplies by adding a note to your account after you book.
Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Simply go to our booking page and enter this information and you will your price.

STANDARD CLEANING CHECKLIST
Interior cobwebs to be removed (up to 3 meters high)
The exterior of Air-con unit (up to 3 meters high)
Dust windowsills (up to 3 meters high)
Clean internal door trimming and handles
Clean cabinets exterior (internal if client requests)
Mop all surface types
Empty and clean trash can and replace trashcan bag
Clean appliance exteriors (internal if client requests)
Clean oven exterior (internal if client requests)
Clean range hood
Scrub sinks around facet and drain area
Clean and sanitize benchtops
Clean exterior of cabinets (up to 3 meters high)
Clean exterior and interior of the microwave
Make the bed, arrange all the pillows
Wipe under the bed (if hard surface)
Wipe headboard (if available)
Change sheets and covers (if requested, must be laid out)
Disinfect the toilet
Sanitize the basin
Clean sinks, splashbacks, and vanity surfaces
Clean and shine chrome faucets and handles
Clean cupboard exterior
Clean bath and shower unit
Refill: toilet paper, paper towel and hand soap (must be left out)

1.After Making a Booking
After you make a booking on your site, you’ll be asked if you want to Confirm your Account. Once you confirm your account, you’ll be able to sign in see all of your Bookings as well as update your account.

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner.
You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment.

Notify Scrub Buds to cancel 24 hours before the Booking and you will not be charged. A $50 fee would apply if you cancel with less than 24hrs notice. We will charge the full fee if we come to your home and have no access or you cancel the day of.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning experience you have 24hours to alert us, a cleaner will come out and resolve the issue within 48 hours. If we have a full schedule we will be out at our earliest convenience but no more than 5 days later. A reclean will only be done on the problem areas given to the support team during the initial call.
If the client is available for the follow-up clean, the cleaners will do a walkthrough with you to ensure you are satisfied. If the client is not available they waive their right to any future cleaning. We do not give refunds as we like to ensure our service is completed.
Yes, we require that all of our cleaners pass a background check.
